I am licensed in Minnesota, and have been practicing psychotherapy for 17 years. During that time, I have repeatedly observed that each client is unique, and brings their own reasons for seeking therapy. Therefore, my challenge as a therapist is to create a different psychotherapy experience for each client. The research is clear, the most curative aspect of therapy is the relationship. I focus on connecting with a person where they are. Through the relationship, as well as new skills and insight, I work to help the client to become authentically the person they want to be.
