I am here for you as a gentle, patient, and empathic presence. We will figure this out together. I was trained first in Psychoanalysis, then Somatic approaches to therapy, and found my way to Jungian Psychology, Energy Work, Breathwork, Ancestral and Spiritual Psychotherapy. I've woven these and more to create a method of holistic healing that's a more effective alternative to traditional talk therapy. My scope of healing is larger in order to address the root causes of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, conflict, and help navigate the intersectionality of the many unhealthy systems we are affected by in our troubled world.
