About

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in different professions and experienced a variety of life’s experiences. I’ve struggled and overcome. I’ve faced adversity and I’ve accomplished dreams.

I graduated from Michigan State University with a master's degree in clinical social work and have worked using that degree in the Mental Health field for many years. Additional education also includes a master's degree in Sociology from Arizona State University. My approach therapy is to meet people where they’re at in terms of their struggle or progress.

I believe that I can help because I know what it feels like to struggle with both life events and mental health. I also know that it is possible to be successful despite those struggles using actual therapeutic methods. I would like to share them with you and help you realize your own potential as well.
