Therapy is most meaningful when I can give others a space to be heard, valued, challenged, and accepted. I enjoy partnering with people who openly explore their own values and goals and how that connects to the life they want for themselves. It is a brave endeavor to allow yourself to be known and to be vulnerable to another. I am privileged to help people navigate the barriers that prevent them from living the life they want and feel that therapy is a space where they can just be without judgment or fear. I have extensive experience working with people with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also explore LGBTQ+ topics and faith deconstruction. I have a strong background in DBT, CBT, ACT, and Strength-Based Therapy. Helping people lean into their strengths builds confidence and resilience through their struggles. Therapy is often the work you invest in yourself outside of meeting with a therapist, but there is always a space where you can receive support and encouragement when we connect.
