Hi, my name is Jason. Do you feel the burden of anxiety and depression? Do you feel ready to get beyond that burden to a life of meaning and purpose? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience helping people negotiate the challenges of life in a flexible and adaptive way. I help people with a form of therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT is an evidence-based treatment that helps people respond to the challenges life presents in an open, aware, and actively engaged manner. I also have experience and training in the integration of spirituality in counseling. I am particularly experienced at helping people with Christian faith integrate their beliefs and values into the clinical counseling process. I also work with people of any faith or no faith at all.
