Hi there, I'm Jason! Associate Professional Clinical Counsellor. My therapeutic lens is informed by an Existential approach, additionally drawing upon Motivational Interviewing, Strategic Therapy, and CBT/DBT for support. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families, and I even have experience with group therapy. I have worked with diverse clients of all ages from various cultures and creeds on cases ranging from grief and loss to depression and anxiety, eating disorders, electronic addiction, marital and relationship issues, trauma, and more. I am passionate about Mental Health and helping my clients to rediscover the best versions of themselves.
