I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in crisis intervention and substance abuse counseling. I work with adults and couples who are seeking relief from trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, relationships issues, life adjustment, and I can even help tackle financial wellness. I believe recovery and healing is not a one size fits all. Every individual and couple has a unique set of internal and external strengths. I use a holistic and creative, solutions focused based approach that is influenced by trauma therapy, attachment theory, psychodrama and theory of intersectionality. I believe that no matter what point you are in life that there is room to heal, room to grow, and room to thrive as your most authentic self. I tell anyone I meet who is seeking out counseling, it’s crucial to find a therapist who is the right fit and makes us feel safe and comfortable.
