Hello! My name is Jasmine Studway. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I have more than five years of Social Work combined with more than 10 years of patient care. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Tele-mental Health Provider. I have worked with very diverse populations including: HIV/AIDS, traumatic brain injury, physically and intellectually disabled, geriatric, and chronic mentally ill. In addition, I have experience with clients who battle depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, thought disorders, and various co-morbid diagnoses.I believe that it is important to create a safe space for my clients where they can feel comfortable and individually supported. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, I partner with my clients to find the next best steps for them. I also believe that by using empathy and a strength based approach to navigate areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, it allows my clients to feel empowered while de-stigmatizing their experience.
