Over the past several years, I have worked extensively with professionals who wanted to start a business. I've had the privilege of understanding the importance of objectives and goals and this is what I bring to my client in our therapeutic session. I've had the privilege of working with homeless services, foster care services and individual counseling and trauma services. Upon entering into therapeutic services, I've been able to acquire skills and certifications to engage my clients better so I can create opportunities for them to hone their skills and live their best life. I am trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness therapy, and couples counseling. Getting Mental Therapy hope is to create a self-expectation and a lifelong ambition to make your mental health a priority. For every individual purpose will look different, I look forward to being a part of each one of my client's journeys.
