I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience and passion for helping clients access the best parts of themselves. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland - Baltimore County with a Bachelors's degree in Psychology and earned my Master's from Loyola University in Maryland with honors. My career spans across rural and urban environments, and most recently, across the world as I work with military-connected families. I find a great deal of joy and appreciation in being able to meet new people. I believe it is essential to consider the unique traits of each individual client and to employ flexibility by using an integral approach. I believe every person has the power and knowledge to overcome life's barriers, and my goal is to help my clients increase their awareness and skills needed to leverage those abilities and implement them successfully in their day-to-day life experiences.. Establishing a trusting client-counselor relationship where my clients feel safe to identify, explore, and overcome unique challenges is a cornerstone in my practice.
