I am a licensed social worker located in Michigan and have been practicing for over five years. Over the course of my career, I have worked with a diverse range of populations and have helped individuals address numerous concerns people come across every day including anxiety, depression, identity questions, adversity, and trauma.

I believe in developing an alliance with each and every one of my clients. Developing our relationship helps with connecting with one another, building trust, and creating a plan to address all of your needs during our sessions. Each session will be a safe, open, and non-judgmental atmosphere where you can be at ease to discuss your concerns.

I have worked with individuals at all stages of life -- from children to those at the end of life. I believe in seeing the whole person and meeting you where you are. I know each person has a set of unique experiences that has contributed to the person they are today. We will develop a course of action to address all of your concerns and propel you forward by processing your past traumas and current experiences and developing the most appropriate coping skills to help you with building a happy, healthy, and productive life. I understand it can be difficult to be vulnerable, but I applaud your willingness to take the first step and seek help. I have the desire to empower you to continue on your path of resilience and toward peace and mental clarity.
