My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Dialectical Behavioral therapy. There is no greater joy (for me) than helping individuals to overcome mental and emotional barriers/ traumas that impede overall health & well-being. I believe that we are the “Author of our story” and our voyage is to own the "Pen" that writes “Our” story. It is important that my clients are provided a safe space, free of judgment, and are given an environment to express themselves. I am committed as a Clinical Therapist to creating an emotional environment where change and healing is possible.
