I am licensed in Massachusetts with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with caregiver stress, low motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, anxiety, identity, & coping with life changes. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling specializing in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and I offer a judgement free zone through video, phone, or chat! I believe we all are doing our very best to navigate life and I will tailor our communication and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I respond to all clients within 24 hours of contact and have daily evening and night-time availability currently.
