As a licensed social worker in Maryland, my goal is to help guide you through challenging life changes that could include, but are not limited to: being a new parent, encountering family conflict, or a change in health. I aim to provide a warm, empathic, and collaborative environment. We will work together in identifying your strengths that will develop a plan on areas would like to improve your overall well-being.
I draw from several forms of therapy including: strengths-based and client-centered practice. I have experience with working with all ages throughout the lifespan, with the most recent experience being vulnerable elderly adults in identifying needs to increase ones independence.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey together.
