Hi my name is Jasmine Colegrove, I am a licensed clinical social worker. I gained my degree from UNC Charlotte in 2018 and have worked with adults and adolescents. Providing a good therapy experience has been my goal throughout my years of doing therapy. All too often, I hear from my clients that they have been to therapists that did not listen, provide tools and skills that worked, or weren’t able to meet them where they were. This is an experience I hope to change and prevent throughout our work together. I promise to be genuine and always bring a healthy sense of humor to the table while maintaining ethical practices and ensuring you feel heard. So take that step towards healing your mind today. I’m passionate about getting to the root of the issue and not just staying on the surface level. I’m willing to work through the pain with you. My work has been with adults struggling with various challenges such as depression, anxiety, work-life balance, relationship issues, and more. It can take work to improve your life, but I know that you are capable with me by your side. We will enhance your ability to manage your mood through mindfulness practices and organize your life through basic life skills. We will review the effects of your childhood on your current relationships, heal those wounds, and determine where you want to be in your life. All it takes is your openness to the process and time.
