Counseling Services focuses on providing adults ages 18 years old and older with therapeutic skills that leads to a holistic way of living. The individual therapy sessions will help a person improve pathways to a healthy life style. The sessions will also help provide the individual with a sense of mental, emotional, behavioral, and relational state of being. My practice is geared towards assisting adult individuals with managing their stress level, past trauma, extreme mood changes, and uncontrollable thoughts through the use of daily healthy coping mechanism which will decrease barrier that prevents growth.
