What should your client know about you? Feeling blah, like a dark cloud is looming over your head all the time? Or do you find yourself worrying about everything all the time to the point you have a hard time sleeping at night? Perhaps, you've had so many transitions in your life lately it just feels overwhelming? Or are you tired of feeling like this, and are ready to not just exist, but thrive in your life. I congratulate you on taking this step because I know how hard it is to ask for help. What is your approach to therapy? I provide a safe, affirming, and judgment-free place to process life's uncertainties, stress, and trauma. I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have served clients through psychiatric hospitals, with transcranial magnetic stimulation, university counseling, a clinical outpatient fellowship, and in-person and telehealth psychotherapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I believe that connection with others is life-giving and essential to functioning healthily and thriving.
