Howdy! My name is Janne't and I live in Texas. The last few years have added so much stress to our lives that frustration, anxiety, and depression have become the norm. Are you struggling with work/life balance, your relationship, and while taking care of everyone else, you are last in line to be taken care of. It's time for you to take care of the #1 person in your life...YOU! Together we can identify what's not working and get back that work/life balance. It's important to address the whole self, such as your body, mind, and spirit. You may be overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, and/or relationship issues. I would like to help you. Taking the first step to ask for therapeutic help is scary but it is the right choice. Our sessions will be a safe space to heal, grow, and start over if needed.
