Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Idaho, with experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of clinical settings including individual, family, and group therapy, acute inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, and medical social work. I enjoy building a therapeutic relationship with clients and I utilize a strengths based, compassionate, highly empathetic approach along with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. My experience includes working with clients who are struggling with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, family issues, and those coping with new adjustments to life changes and challenges.

I understand that entering therapy can be a scary step for many individuals, and I believe in creating a space where each client feels safe. I exercise sensitivity, empathy, and validation in sessions and I am passionate in assisting clients to discover their own resilience, strengths, and skills for success and growth. In my own time I love to be outside riding horses, hiking, and spending time with my friends and loved ones. I look for to meeting you!
