Aloha! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Hawaii with years of professional work experience including individual, couples, family, and group therapy. My areas of specialization include helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Helping clients notice all that is already working in their lives and achieving positive growth is a big part of what I love to do!
