For over 30 years, I've worked with children, families, and young adults in various settings in the behavioral health field to help them manage and overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other challenges. We are all resilient and have the ability to overcome adverse experiences and various challenges in our lives. We are unique with individual strengths that help us get through each day. Although we don’t always realize what these strengths are or fully utilize them, I am here to help you identify and use your strengths to help you reach your fullest potential, and to guide you along your path to resilience and wellness.
