I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working in mental health. I have a true love for my profession and I am passionate about my work. I feel honored every time a client allows me in their space to accompany them on their journey.
Reaching new goals and making changes never comes easy. I believe that all of us are so much stronger and more capable than we realize. The answers and tools we need are usually already there, all we need to do is learn how to access them.
I strive to create a safe space for all of my clients and use a client centered approach that is honest and supportive. I enjoy working with young adults and adults from all types of backgrounds. My particular areas of interest include struggles around parenting and balancing family life and family planning, infertility, daily stressors and anxiety, relationship conflict and setting boundaries, depression, as well as working with people who have experienced trauma.
