I am a licensed family and marriage counselor and licensed clinical social worker in Florida with nearly 10 years of experience. I love working with client's who are working through change in life issues, including divorce, domestic violence, or the struggles of "adulting", etc . I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety (including OCD ) , relationship issues, parenting problems, communication, self-esteem, and career challenges. I have also helped many people who have experienced both physical or emotional trauma.

My counseling style is warm, accepting, and client centered . I utilize an eclectic array of interventions, incorporating all of my clinical experiences to match with my clients' needs. My interventions tend to focus heavily in the areas of Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Solution Focused, and insight oriented strategies. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to explore and meet your unique and specific needs.
