I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas. I also work as a physician assistant and a life coach. I work with clients who have a belief that they are not enough. They often believe they are not good enough, smart enough, thin enough, or even happy enough. They often have a fear of failure. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and career indecision or burnout.
My therapy style is warm, direct, and nonjudgemental. I believe all are worthy of being treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, and person centered therapy.
