I have over 20 years of experience in working with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of life challenges. My approach is strengths based, client centered and solution focused. I feel the each client is an expert on themselves and look forward to learning about my clients in order to help them reach their goals. I can be highly directive or I can also be more suggestive to allow the client to come to their own conclusions. I enjoy my work and I especially enjoy helping people on this format. I find it allows clients to feel more freedom to share their feelings and work to resolve their problems.
