I help facilitate change in the client to promote confidence and self-improvement. I primarily focus on client-centered therapy. Other approaches include solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral. I have experience supporting children, adolescents and families with issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, attention deficit, adjustment related disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression.
