My name is Janet and I have been a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist for over 20 years. I have experience working with people who struggle with many life issues, including some of the following: anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, relationship issues, substance abuse, OCD, ADHD and many more.

My counseling style is warm and communicative. I would like to hear about you and the issues you would like to discuss. My approach combines mindfulness with a person-centered focus and cognitive behavioral therapy. Through dialogue we'll partner to create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
