I am licensed in California with 22 years of professional work experience. I specialize in helping clients heal childhood trauma as until this is healed intense emotions can continue to be experienced which create life and relationship issues. I also help clients with relationship issues, co-dependency issues, life transitions, grief, PTSD, discovering one's strengths and gaining confidence, life purpose, better communication skills, and teach coping skills to address depression. I also teach proper breath work, meditation, mindfulness and moving into greater authenticity. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started! No one can make the changes you are seeking but you - it requires introspection and a willingness to expand one's perspectives and discover how our choices and perspective predominately determine our future and feelings. Making real life changes also requires one to try new behaviors (even when one doesn't feel like it) and experiencing the result of those new healthier habits.
