I am an LCSW in Colorado with a background in healthcare and agency work with focus on helping clients managing symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression during transitional phases in life.

When one experiences severe life stressors, it is a common response to feel lost, like our world has fallen apart as we are faced with making sense of it again. The foundation of my practice is built on helping people reach their mental health and healing goals through evidence-based counseling techniques and talk therapy.

My expertise includes managing things like chronic illness/changes in health status; end of life care; grief support after loss; change in career/retirement; difficulties in interpersonal and/or romantic relationships, and any other changes faced as one moves through life.

My counseling practice is intended to help people make peace with difficult thoughts and feelings through supportive counseling. I believe that building a therapeutic relationship and developing goals together is key to success.
