I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in the social work field. Specifically I have worked over 10 years in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder and relationship issues. I have worked with clients that have experienced trauma.

I am a holistic psychotherapist. I believe in looking at the client as a whole person , not just their mental health needs. I will focus on a client's overall wellness. My approach is eclectic and strength's based. I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic , Psychodynamic and Strength's Based. I will formulate a treatment plan based on the client's specific needs.
