I am a mental health therapist licensed in the state of Oregon. I have over 7 years of experience working in a variety of settings across the United States. I have experience working with individuals on issues such as trauma and abuse, family challenges, anxiety, depression, attachment, grief and loss, self-love, parenting, mindfulness, and relationships.
I use an eclectic approach - pulling from various modalities of therapy, tailored to the individual needs of each client, and their goals for treatment.
My core theoretical perspective is person centered, which includes unconditional positive regard for the individual, empathy, and authentic empowering support, focusing on the therapeutic relationship as the catalyst for true healing and personal growth.
I truly enjoy the process of therapy, and the honor of witnessing the healing journey of each client that I have the opportunity to work with.
