I am licensed counselor with four years of professional counseling experience. I reside in Alaska with my family. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, emotion regulation, and past trauma.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It is important that my clients feels seen and heard, feel valued, and feel challenged in areas they would like to grow. My approach is integrative and I like to use different counseling modalities. I am trained in EMDR.
I believe it is important to address core issues that contribute to presenting problems. I encourage self-reflection and self-awareness as a part of the healing process.
