I have been Mental Health field since 2009. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. I am a licensed in Florida as a Licensed Mental health counselor. I am trained in a myriad of modalities. I work with individuals challenged with range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, sexual issues, sexual trauma, parenting problems,
I work with civilians, active duty, veterans, police officers, and firefighters. I am an Air Force veteran as well, I have a unique perspective on counseling.
My counseling style is direct, warm, encouraging, and nonjudgmental. I believe anyone who reaches out for counseling is impressive. As it takes a significant amount of courage to reach out and seek help.
