I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan with 20 years of professional in helping adult clients with ADHD, stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the situations that challenge you. It is my goal to provide attentive care to my clients by providing reflective listening, guidance and empathic support. You are taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life and that takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. My therapeutic style is warm and interactive. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral, person centered and motivational interviewing therapeutic techniques. Each client is unique and I will tailor treatment modalities to meet your specific treatment need.
