I have therapeutic experience helping individuals manage their emotions and remove energy blocks due to abuse, neglect, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, among other challenges. I use the solution-focused brief therapy approach coupled with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) exposure therapy techniques to treat emotional pain and distress associated with negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions by using positive affirmations and tapping interventions.
