I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with 6 years of professional work experience. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida, and I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at Barry University.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I have worked in therapeutic settings to include inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth. Treatment modalities I utilize in session mainly include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, along with trauma-focused and anxiety-reduction techniques. My treatment style follows the Client-Centered approach, in which all clients are treated with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and compassion.
