I have worked in a wide range of settings including schools, clinics and outpatient counseling offices. I have worked with a wide range of diagnosis and life circumstances that bring individuals to seek counseling. I have experience working with anxiety and depression related disorders, mood disorders, life transition/change, self esteem/identity, conflict resolution, grief/loss and academic performance.
I focus on the person and their individual needs. In order to accomplish this I utilize a number of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
