About

I am a lot of different roles to a lot of different people and each person and even myself see myself differently each new day. We are all dynamic and capable and ready for change that surpasses our last “view” of our self. As a new mom, I have realized this even more.
As a therapist, I am inspired to guide others toward realizing their goals and holistic best professionally, academically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Implementing an integrative approach to mental health and well-being guarantees every aspect of you is nurtured and unlocks your best whole self.

I have lived in 6 different countries each with a different native language, including the US, and 3 different states within the US. I am energized by learning from and appreciating other cultures and languages, and this also fuels my passion to become more culturally sensitive, diverse, better educated and informed within my own thinking and world perspective. I desire to understand people more fully as they relate within themselves and with others, so that I may be able to best guide them in their personal journey and help them realize their hopes and dreams and manifest their goals.

As I have walked through this life, I have grown to appreciate each person’s uniqueness. We all have different experiences, cultures, thought systems, bodies, and reactions which all have a hand in shaping our perspective and world view and vice versa.

As we grow to better understand our own self and how we interact and relate within our own self and our outside world, we will have a greater chance at becoming the master of our journey, enhancing our ability and capability of realizing our full potential, and creating deeper and more intimate relationships. I hope each person is given the opportunity to unearth their best self and that I may be invited on the journey with you as you navigate the seas of life.
