I help trauma survivors develop tools to manage symptoms, support them in processing and making sense of difficult experiences, identify ways these events continue to impact them, and help them create healthier ways of moving through life. I assist clients experiencing Burnout re-balance their lives, set healthier boundaries and prioritize self-care. ?I have been constantly amazed over the 20+ years I have worked in this field by clients’ ability to face and overcome experiences and fears they felt they could never confront.
