I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. My background is varied and I have worked with many different populations including disadvantaged populations, families, couples, trauma survivors, Veterans, those in Hospice care and their families, those with a persistent mental health diagnosis, personality disorders, and those with daily life struggles. I believe in a partnership to treat symptoms, not the application of labels. I use therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma focused care, Narrative therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, and others depending on the goals of the client. Today's life can be stressful at times and we all need help coming back to our best selves at times. Together we can discover what your goals are for counseling.
