I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of experience in the areas of mental health and a variety of social work services. It is my passion to work with diverse populations and educate and empower communities, individuals, and families through psychoeducation. I use an effective blend of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals move beyond behavioral patterns that cause significant impairment in personal functioning within their family, relationships, career, or school environment. It has been an honor to serve individuals from the age of 3 to 100 and help everyone live more meaningful lives. My preferred populations are adolescents and young adults living with depressive disorders, trauma, stress, and/or anxiety.

My aim is to promote strength-based practices that encourage individuals and families to use their strengths & gifts to resolve their problems. Through the process of education & evidence-based practices clients are motivated to achieve their goals through realistic processes. I want all who I serve to understand that they are resourceful & resilient.

Going through difficulties can be terribly isolating & lonely. I want to be your facilitator and cheerleader during these times. Everyone deserves to experience sound mental health, overall wellness, scholastic achievement, positive family dynamics, and forward progression in their careers. I am here for you!
