Hello! My name is Janae and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience providing therapy services. I am licensed in the state of Utah. I specialize in helping people with anxiety, past trauma and abuse, depression, self-esteem concerns, and LGBT issues. Our past experiences and lifelong development affect how we see ourselves, our world, and how we relate to others. I truly believe that all individuals have the capability of bettering themselves and their situation. Hope and healing are attainable and I welcome the opportunity to walk with you on this amazing journey of self-discovery.

My treatment approach is expansive in nature to help each client experience the greatest possible benefit from our work together. I provide a warm, inviting space where individuals feel accepted and heard. I believe that everyone possesses an abundance of gifts and strengths. Sometimes unfortunate circumstances can cloud our ability to identify these within ourselves.
