Reliving trauma is for the birds! Ok, I wouldn't even want that for birds. I think people who have something 'stuck' in their minds likely want to move past that. They are simply trying to find a 'how to' guide on that. That makes sense to me. That's why, even though I know multiple trauma therapies, my favorite is Rapid Resolution Therapy. There is no reliving in this creative, humanistic therapy approach.
