I am licensed in Missouri with over 20 years of professional work experience in working with individuals, children, teens, and families. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

I believe in partnering and empowering individuals, couples, and families to feel integrated and find a deep joy in life. I meet the person where they are at in the moment without having my own agenda. I want to hear from you and help you discover the path to healing and wholeness.
