Hi, my name is Jamie and I'm looking forward to working with you. I have eight years of experience working in clinical social work and healthcare. My specific passion is geared towards helping adults combat anxiety surrounding medical concerns, however, I am also well-versed in the treatment of general depression and anxiety. I am trained in CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and DBT. I believe in a person-centered and strengths-based approach. You are the expert in your own life. As such, my role will be to listen and provide understanding and compassion, while helping you to uncover your biggest strengths.
