About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have been practicing for almost 8 years now, working in outpatient, day treatment and inpatient acute care settings. I have worked with clients with a variety of needs including managing anxiety and depression, addressing loss and significant life changes, traumatic experiences and general daily life stressors. I have experience working with self-esteem and confidence building and working to have a better outlook on daily life.
