Hello, I'm Jamie. My approach to counseling is that every person has the "power" to redirect their lives that will lead to living a fulfilled happy life. I am completely committed and driven to help you discover inspiration, empowerment and clarity to start working towards eliminating symptoms. I help clients tap in their own capabilities to become resilient when faced with feelings and thoughts that keep us down the same "old" path. I believe if we work together, you will discover again that you are courageous, capable, and amazing. It's time to take that step towards a "new you".
