I am licensed in California with 20 years of professional work experience in the mental health field, medical field and 5 years as a Clinical social worker. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, coping with grief and loss, mood disorders, trauma, & PTSD. I also specialize in post partum depression, coping and adapting to complex medical diagnosis and co-occurring disorders. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
