I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Oklahoma with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, grief, anger management, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting problems, and trauma. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. and neglect.

My counseling style is warm, empathic, caring and a good listener. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion . My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered and rational-emotive counseling. I will work jointly in obtaining your treatment goals and and your specfic needs. .
