I am a Masters Level Therapist licensed in Arizona with 10+ years of experience working as a Counselor and Life Coach. I work with a wide range of issues providing treatment in the areas of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work and career issues, life/health management, parenting support and enhancing communication skills.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, acceptance and commitment and solution focused counseling.
